FAQ

Can I use the free version for research papers?

Yes. AGPL-3.0 permits academic use without restriction. Cite the package and preprint.

Does the commercial licence include IBM Quantum access?

No. IBM Quantum hardware access requires a separate IBM Quantum account. Our licence covers the software framework only.

Can I embed the framework in a proprietary product?

Only with a commercial licence (Indie, Pro, Perpetual, or Enterprise). The AGPL requires derivative works to be open-source.
